Corbel Oy is the largest independent company in property management services in Finland. We provide a comprehensive range of various services in property management, such as asset management, leasing, technical and administrative real estate management, financial management services as well as expert services, such as energy management and property development.
The goal of our company is to offer the best possible return on investment for property investors with the means of property management, to secure high user satisfaction levels and to secure the undisturbed use of the properties with regard to our client’s strategy.
We operate nationwide. We employ approximately 120 property professionals in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Riihimäki, Turku, Lappeenranta, Tampere, Lahti, Pori, Jyväskylä and Oulu.
Our company manages almost six million square metres of property and more than 10,000 rental agreements in over 2,000 different addresses. Of the property base, approximately 70 per cent consists of business and office premises and 30 per cent of residential premises. The annual value of acquisitions that Corbel makes for its clients exceeds €200 million and there are over 800 service providers in our partner network. The management of service networks is our core competence.
Our client base contains both domestic and foreign property investors, user owners and tenants.
Corbel is owned by a fund that is administered by the venture capital investor Valedo Partners Fund I AB and the key personnel in the company.
