Lease management
We manage the administration of lease agreements and security deposits. The management of lease and condominium payments, together with collection procedures, guarantee steady profits for our clients.
Our lease management reporting follows the reporting model that we have agreed upon with our client. Our standard report contains f.ex. follow-up on rental flows and receivables as well as financial utilisation rates and reports on vacant premises per property.
